This window should open a new window that EZlist~MLS Web will run in.

If the (second) window does not appear, something is preventing it from successfully opening. Below are the most common reasons for this failure. Please go through each step until you find the culprit. If none of these approaches work, call our technical support group at 888-233-3108.

If you see this message near the top of your screen just below the toolbars:

2. Click where it says "Always allow pop-ups from the site." then click OK or Yes to confirm your choice.
3. If the second EZlist window opens you are ready to login and use the product. If the second window does not open go to the next step below.

Right click on any web browser toolbar and review the listed toolbars. If you have another toolbar not listed above, open it by clicking on it and then hover over each icon on the toolbar to see it has an ad blocker function. If you find one, just follow the steps required to insure the EZlist is always allowed to open.

If EZlist still is not visible, additional steps should be taken. The first is to see if spyware is affecting your computer. If you do not have an antispyware program, we suggest you download the FREE antispyware program being offered by Microsoft. To download it, go to http://www.microsoft.com/windows/products/winfamily/defender/default.mspx, click on Get It Now, and follow the instructions to successfully download the product and then run the program. Allow it to fix the problems it sees. Then try to load EZlist.

If that fails to resolve the problem…there is something else going on that can only be resolved by dealing with technical support.
